About

Therapy can be different from person to person, from day to day. There is no “right” way to do this. My hope is that together, we’ll create a space that supports you in deepening your self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-empowerment. I will meet you where you are, holding that you are the expert on your own experience, and that you have within you everything you need to heal.

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that more awareness brings more choice. As we become more aware of our experience - our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and sensations – as well as the contexts we’re experiencing them in – our culture, community, family, partnership - we can develop more freedom and choice around how we engage.

I work with clients on a broad range of experiences including anxiety, depression, postpartum & parenting, ADHD, grief, and life transitions. I work with individuals of all ages. I welcome all races, religions, sexual orientations, gender identities, ethnicities, and abilities. To support inclusion of all financial needs, I hold a few sliding scale spots.
